Normanby Park Riding School offers lessons, hacks and treks from the age of 6 onwards. Whether you are a total beginner or a more experienced rider, we are able to provide the tuition and the facilities to match your individual skill level.

Weekend riding is offered in ability based groups so that we can tailor the lesson to the needs of each rider.

Mid-week we can provide group, private and semi-private lessons by arrangement; everyday except Wednesdays when we close.

Our instructors are both experienced and friendly; we aim for you to get the most enjoyment from your riding whilst you learn and progress.

The riding school itself is set in a secluded, woodland corner of the Park, away from the general public. Here riders can concentrate on developing their skills in a purpose-built environment which can be quickly adapted to suit the individual or group.

Normanby Park Riding School is licensed to the highest standards set by the Local Authority and we are fully insured. Every effort is made to ensure riding is as safe as possible, however it should be acknowledged that this is a risk-sport and all horses can react unpredictably on occasions.
